transfering while on academic suspension help

Hi, here is deal...
I went to a CC school part time for a year and then transferred to a university with 16 credits with a GPA of 2.89. When I was at the university I went for four semesters and did pretty bad! My second semester at the university I decided to drop all of my classes and was place on probation. Long story short I was suspended from the university due to completion rate and low GPA. At the university local: Att: 55.00 and earn: 16.00 with GPA of 1.68. it has been a year and a half since being suspended from the university and since then I did go back to the CC and retook 12 credits that I had W's in from the University. after retaking 12 credits my total transferred creadits is 28.00 with a gpa of 2.60 so total Att: 83.00 and earn 44.00 with a GPA of 2.27...
So im still on academic suspension after a year and a half and I dont want to appeal to the university because I want to transfer to a different university. So my question is will I be able to transfer to a different school while suspended from another one and if I can will I be able to get financial aid? And if I do appeal to the university and go back I will still be on probation since they wont count my transfer credits into my local GPA and completion rate even though my total gpa with transfer credits is above what is required... What should I do?
Thanks

there’s a form that you’ll probably need to get filled out about being in good academic standing, so your suspension will be noted and that will probably make it very difficult to transfer somewhere else. i think you should continue to do work at the CC, get high grades, and then appeal to your university with good grades to back up your case.
