I was a student at four-year university. I had two run-ins with student conduct for violating the alcohol policy. In September of my sophomore year I withdrew from the school for personal reasons, but in November, I was suspended for my second alcohol violation, which had occurred in early September (apparently you can be suspended even if you're not a student anymore). I was suspended through the end of the Spring semester of 2014. Anyway, so now I'm trying to transfer to another school, which I intended to do even before I was suspended. Of course, now I have "withdrawn by the University" on my transcript and I have to report the disciplinary history on my applications. What are the chances another 4-year school with accept me for the spring semester?

It is pretty late right now to get in for second semester this year. Why can’t you just take the rest of the year off, and apply for fall 2014?

I’ve already sent in applications, I’m just waiting for results. Most of the applications were sent in early November

Well no one here knows how your schools are going to treat it, or how you have explained this for them. Please let us know how it went for future reference.
