Transferring from a LAC to a business school

Hello,
I really wanted to get into a business school however i could not do so and have to go to an LAC instead. I was really considering transferring to a business school for my soph year and i was wondering if this was possible or not ? Im going to take as many math/phy/quantative courses in my first two semesters as possible (im thinking around 6 courses per semester) and i was wondering if doing so and keeping up a high GPA like 3.8+ could get me into a good b-school. I really liked Stern and was waitlisted from there but got rejected in the end.

my school follows the system of O and A lvls so they dont calculate our gpa but i have 7A's 3B's in my O lvls and 5A's in my A lvls in phys,econ,maths,fmaths,G.P. and am in the top 10%

Sat1 1980 (CR630 W650 M700) yep i know it sucks
Sat2 2170 cant remember breakdown , again not too good

And do bschools like stern, wharton, mcintire, georgetown, cornell AEM, tepper and other great bschools schools take any transfers? and how hard is it exactly to get in as one?

Yes they do take transfers, look at the specific posts regarding transfers for schools you're interested in this transfer forum. you'll see the stats of students who were admitted and rejected to these schools and where they come from.

USC is one school that takes a good deal of transfers. It's not a top 5 undergrad business school, but it's really the only school in LA that is known for its excellent business program.

Thank you for replying, Yes Usc is pretty good, one of the guys in my school is goin there.

And more opinions on this?

oh yea and i am an international student not requiring any aid

bump (10 char)
