Transferring From San Fran CCC to UC Berkeley?

If your willing to work hard and get better grades, then go to a CC. Getting above a 3.5 at a CC can open some doors for you. Only do it though if your willing to work hard. It’s easy to do well at a CC and its easy to get stuck at a CC.

I was very reluctant to go to a CC out of high school. It has been the best decision of my life so far, because I started studying, trying, and doing hw. I blew off high school, but CC has given me a fresh start.

Yea reading the experiences written by other students are definitely humbling for me especially when I thought that being 23 this year I will not be as driven as people who are younger than me. Turns out people of all ages still go to CCs, many who even go on to transfer out.

I am going to CCSF as well, but I have heard a lot of news about CCSF, like classes have been overcrowded, faculty are being laid off. Does anyone currently in CCSF tell me how it is like in CCSF.
