Because I am out-of-state the chances of me getting admitted to UT-Austin (McCombs) is very unlikely. Would transferring into UT-Austin be harder to do if I go to another school like TAMU? Or another way to put it, would going to UT-Dallas make it easier for me to transfer into UT-Austin. I really don't think I would like the Dallas campus. If anyone could give their input on the campus It would be deeply appreciated. Or another option would be to go to another school within UT-Austin and transfer into McCombs. What would be the best way to do it? And is it as competitive when applying as transfer?

Also would moving to Texas for the second semester of my senior year be looked at negatively? I can move back in with my father now that he came back from Iraq, but I don't know if this will effect me. I know that when I did attend my high school in Texas, I was in the Top 10% of my class and would have been accepted to UT. Would transferring late to a Texas High School and graduating in the top 10% help me in getting admitted? Do you think the High School would be able to determine my rank in short time? Most of my credits came from this Texas High School.
Thanks For Any Responses If Any
