Transferring out of Architecture

I am currently a sophomore at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn studying architecture, I recently transferred from the New York Institute of Technology, my reason for transferring was because I wanted to go a better school and Pratt is ranked 9th in the nation for architecture. After being at Pratt for a semester I regret my transfer and am planning on transferring again, maybe to a different major as well. Due to my dislike my GPA suffered I had received a 3.6 my last semester at NYIT and this past semester at Pratt I got a 2.9. Obviously I wont be able to get into a top ten business school. Although I was thinking that as long as I go to a school where I am happy I should be able to do well and maybe get into a good MBA program. I really liked the University of Delaware and was planning on transferring there for business. I am a little worried that I may regret this change of major seeing as I had liked it for so long and one school (and one bad design teacher) made me change my mind. I was thinking about sticking it out one more semester at Pratt and then trying to change to Penn States architecture program (seeing as they have been ranked in the top ten in recent years, in 2008 tied with Pratt). Basically my head says stay in the top ten with architecture and my heart says go to Delaware and be happy, I just don't know which one to listen to, especially considering the long term.
