transferring to art school from a CSU

<p>Has anyone here done this? I'm a freshman at SFSU at the moment and really want to transfer to CCA. I've been trying to find info about transferring but most of it is for people transferring from community college. I'm not sure if any of my units will even transfer (I haven't taken any art classes at SFSU, but I hope to get into one next semester). Also I know for the application I need two letters of recommendation but I don't know who to ask! Also, is it harder to get into as a transfer than a first time freshman?</p>

<p>If anybody has any advice I'd really appreciate it!</p>

<p>Contact an admission counselor at CCA and ask if you can have a meeting to discuss an exact plan to transfer. They do this all the time. They can recommend a list of classes that they will accept from SFSU. </p>

<p>If you do this you will end up with a customized map that lands you at CCA.</p>
