Hi, I am a Korean American student. Political science major, currently sophomore, attending Binghamton University in New York. I am planning to transfer to University of Rochester, and therefore I would like to hear your opinions on my chances at it.

I have GPA of 3.5
Taken 11, 100 level classes
Taken 1, 200 level classes
Taken 1, 300 level classes
In 3 semesters

will take 3, 200 level classes and 2, 300 level classes next semester.

Not the best extra curriculum, some sports (non-varsity), student association, working etc

Don't have anyone to write a letter of recommendation yet, but I will look actively for one next semester

Essay writing skills- moderate

Applied to Rochester during high-school, wait-listed, then rejected

Not a New York resident (I am from ATL Georgia)

Interview skills- Never tried an interview

Language- English and Korean

These are my specs for now

I would like to know my chances if I am going to apply during 2015 Spring semester (next semester)

And If you think that I don't have a good chance, please provide me your insight on how I can improve my chances

First question I asked to college confidential, I wish this helps

Thank you.
