Transferring to USC? Need housing?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a junior at USC and am trying to find people to take a room in our house next yeare (2011-2012 school year). The lease starts in August and we're trying to find two people to share a double room. Our house currently has 5 people signed on to the lease, but we're having a hard time finding people to take the double since most juniors and seniors want singles.

Figured it might be a good idea to post on this site to see if any potential transfer studens might need housing. I realize you won't know about your admissions status for a few more months, but if we open dialogue now, it'll streamline the housing process later.

The price for the double room is going to be $690/person/month plus utilities. This is cheaper than what it would cost you to live in USC Housing. And, it's a better living scenario because you have a house to yourself, free parking, weekly maid service, a functioning kitchen (really pretty), 3 fridges, 3 bathrooms, 2 porches and a balcony - all in an old pink Victorian house built in the late 1800s. USC Housing is sterile and to be completely honest - not a very friendly atmosphere. I lived in USC Housing for two years and it's just quite isolating. Not a graet sense of interpersonal relations or connectivity.

Me and my roommates are majoring in: communication, flute performance, urban planning, gender studies, photography and theater. We are looking for open-minded, liberal thinkers who are friendly, responsible, and interesting.

Thanks!!!
