Transferring to USC with Misdemeanor (HELP)

I have not been charged with anything yet, my court date is December 31, 2015
My alleged crimes are all misdemeanors, which are, Open Alcohol (19 years old), Resisting Arrest, and Fake ID’s

my current stats are;
Current at Community College
Majoring in Philosophy
GPA: 3.84
IGETC done
ECs listed on app: PTK officer, church mentor, community service, and tutor people in philosophy for free

How will this effect me transferring to USC, since the ask for my criminal record?
If i apply before my court date, do I put down nothing for a criminal record?

Well I can’t tell ya for sure, but I sure know a lot of boys who went down that path, and a lot sure seem to wind up at USC. (But maybe a big donation was at play.) :smiley:
