Transferring while under academic suspension?

So heres the thing, I know this would seem like a duh, but I’m asking cause I’m lost.
Back in high school I took a semester at my local community college right out of the gate, I didn’t want to be there, and so I bailed out halfway through the semester because I was 17 and stupid. But that aside, I went back and took a semester this spring at the same community college just to get my feet wet, but wound up getting a C on one 4 week online class, which because of how bad my GPA was from that one semester back in high school put me on academic suspension untill spring of '18 at the community college.

But while I was still taking classes for the spring semester at the community college, I got accepted in to my state college. This was before all of my spring classes were finalized though, so, here in lies the question.
My dad who thinks I should just go on to the state college and not transfer any credits or even tell them I went to the community college or that I’m on academic suspension for the spring and try my best to get all As and hope they just never find out, or if they do, hope my GPA with them is high enough to out weigh anything from the community college if they do find out.

I feel like even if I don’t put down that I attended the community college there would be ways to look it up? Or if I never put anything down, would they even look? It seems to me like this just isn’t a realistic option, but I need to find out.

You are obligated to send your final transcript from the CC. If you don’t, that alone is enough to get you kicked out of the U. It really is that simple. If you didn’t tell them that you were attending the CC when you applied, and you didn’t send a transcript from the CC then, well you made a big (but not necessarily unforgivable) mistake. Send the final transcript today.

Whether the university will allow you to enroll or not is up to them. Whether they accept any of the credits for transfer is also up to them. They have their own policies about those things.
