<p>My DD will be on a summer program in Spain and then wants to travel with a friend after the program. What are some experiences/suggestions as to what to do with the large piece of luggage that she brings for the program. She won't need it to travel around after and it would probably be a pain in the neck to drag all over. Of course, she'd want it safe and would not want to worry about it.
Any ideas?</p>
<p>Many times there are lockers in train stations where you can secure items in Europe. Obviously pick one with such lockers that she would come back to prior to leaving for home. You also might check on tripadvisor for the region she will be in. She may also meet someone trustworthy while in the program who could hold it for her.</p>
<p>When my daughter studied in Madrid, we shipped home her belonging through one of the luggage shippers. The family met her in Madrid and then we travel to Italy and didn’t want to drag all her things along. It was picked up at our hotel and delivered to my parents home a few days later. Worth every penny!!</p>
