<p>I'm probably not going to bring my car to UCR and I haven't had my driver's license for over a year yet, so I can't use the zipcar service until then, so what method of transportation do you guys suggest that could I use to travel to LA, SD, etc. ? Thanks!</p>

<p>There’s a metro at riverside and it only costs about $9. So, you could take the bus (which is free for UCR students) from UCR and go to metro. I think it’s a good idea to not bring a car to UCR because it becomes pretty unnecessary once you bring it because you can just take the bus and go wherever you want.</p>
