Trigonometry

Ok so this may be the most pathetic post you have read yet. But I'm having trouble in trig honors (insert gasp here). I'm doing all the homework, taking notes and asking the teacher for help, but I just don't understand it. I have an 83 acerage now, but I don't get anything we're doing now. We will have one more test this senester and I'm afraid of failing it. What can I do?

I dont know about your school, but at mine we have a tutoring system in guidance where you can get A) an adult tutor B) a senior/someone who took that class and is really good at it C) an Math NHS member D) a math club member to tutor you. Check out those free options at your school or even go ask your teacher for help!

Have you tried Khan Academy/other Youtube videos?

Thank you both for the suggestions. The problem is I have tried them, and they help to a degree, but there is always at least one thing that gets me in a bind.

A lot of stuff in trig can be derived from more basic stuff fairly easily. What are you having trouble with?

What have you covered so far and what exactly is difficult? I will be more than happy to point you to great resources for those specific topics.

Thanks so much. I understood everything until we got to this chapter which is mostly verifying identities with double and half angles. Now I can do the problems but it literally takes FOREVER! My teacher gives us VERY little time, so I need help simply speeding up, and tips or tricks?
