Anybody know if U Pitt has kids tripled in double rooms? Thanks.

Not that I have heard of....There are some dorms for three kids (or four or five!), but they are suites that have a kitchenette and living area.

Pitt does not turn doubles into triples.

actually in sutherland there are triples that are the same size as a double. Instead of the built in cabinet area there's another closet and they just add an extra bed desk and dresser to the room. But that's the closest thing I can think off. They never take a room ment for two and make it for three. oh, they have however turned common rooms in the towers into quads when they were short on housing. But with the hall now open that shouldn't really be a problem this year...hopefully

last year, there were 3 girls living in the lounge, b/c there weren't enough rooms available.......they put beds, and like dressers etc. in there for the girls haha.....although finally during spring semester, they got rooms, but this is VERY rare...and will not happen this year, especially because of the new dorm that was made, panther hall (creative name huh? haha)

but in most cases, doubles do not go to triples
