Trouble signing into the admitted students page

I'm trying to log in to the admitted students site to check my financial aid, but I've been unsuccessful so far. For the username, I'm entering my email, and for the password, I'm entering my PIN.

What am I doing wrong? I also tried to request that my password be sent to me (using my email), but I got the following: ERROR You must enter a valid username or e-mail address.

This is really frustrating because financial aid will likely determine whether I can attend. I apologize if I'm just missing something obvious, but it'd really be nice to not have to wait until Monday to contact Harvard for this information.

Don’t enter your email! Enter the username for your Harvard portal (the old one) mine is my family name. Plus I don’t think you will be able to see your financial aid, I could be wrong though.

Is there any way to retrieve that username if I’ve forgotten it? I’ve tried a few other usernames (including the one I think I remember using), but nothing’s working… :frowning: And I do think financial aid estimates are available.

Did you try your last name?
I think you can retrieve it easily by emailing them.

I didn’t see my financial aid information :(

The acceptance email includes the following: “In early April we will send you another small packet of information, including your Harvard University Identification number (HUID), updated financial aid awards, and additional forms such as the Final School Report.”

Key phrase: “updated financial aid awards”

But also, my friend told me she received aid info immediately from Stanford (she applied SCEA); I figured it would be the same for Harvard.

i just tried with my last name and the PIN number and it worked (I’d been having the same problem).

Yeah, same. Last name + access code worked for me!

Thank you all! That worked!
