Trouble with Online School Forms

<p>This topic has probably been beaten to death, but I think I'm in a unique situation.</p>

<p>I'm a Canadian transfer student applying to a few of the Ivies. Everything was going great until it came to the school forms. When I click on that link in Common App I am redirected to the PDFs only. I haven't touched anything else in that Browser. When I click on the 'My College' tab, it shows that my school forms are offline. Is there anything I can do about this? Is it because of the fact that I am a college transfer, or perhaps am attending an International University? Any help would be great, it would be nice to not have to have my profs fill out a form 8 times, their busy people.</p>

<p>After further research I’ve discovered that it is because I’m a transfer. Case Closed.</p>

<p>A little info, just for your help. I am a freshman applicant and in the school forms section I am able to see if my teacher has submitted his/her REC or not and if it is shown that the teacher is an offline provider, than the teacher has him/herself selected to fill in the forms by hand. There is an option in the email the teachers receive.
