Trying to add a "CLOSED SECTION" course

<p>Hi. I’m trying to a add a course on sisweb using a CRN but it gives me a Closed Section error even though the course is on the Fall 2009 Course Schedule on the UC Davis website! </p>

<p>How do I try to waitlist for this class? Sisweb won’t let me! </p>
