Trying to decide between Brown, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon and Northwestern

I'm thrilled that I received admission to four great MS programs and with all decisions there are pros and cons with each.
I am trying to decide between Brown, Carnegie Mellon, Northwestern, and UC Berkeley. I have an undergraduate engineering degree and my long range goal is to go into the workforce for a couple of years (hopefully in the San Francisco bay area) and also develop various products on my own.
The Brown program is an entrepreneurial engineering and management program. At CMU and Northwestern the programs are more of a product development program and at Berkeley it is their Mechanical Engineering (Design) program. All of the programs would help me achieve my goal, I think. I like the feel of the Brown campus and the professors that I met were great. Berkeley is within commuting distance so that is a big plus but it is a two year program and the others are one. The professors that I met at Berkeley were really wonderful too but I’m afraid that Berkeley is somewhat more difficult to get through. I will visit CMU and Northwestern before the deadline April 15th so there isn’t much time.
Any thoughts?
