I have been having a hard time with this choice. I have already gotten into both of these schools and i have unitl may 1st to decide where im going. I'm a psychology major and anot art minor. I like smoking weed a lot and doing lsd once in a blue moon. I'm big on partying but I'm also going to be pre-med so I know I will only be able to go out on the weekends and won't really be able to be a party animal so to speak. I really like the laid-back California mentality over the miami vibe. I like that Santa Clara has a high acceptance rate for students getting into medical school. I also like that it seems like the teachers really know you and give you lots of help and support in succeeding. Essentially I like that I won't be "just a number". But on the flip side I don't want to miss that big college experience that I might get a closer feeling to that over at Miami. Another thing is I hate trying to learn foregin languages and Miami has a 4 semester language requirement while santa clara only has a 3 semester requirement. I do like that miami has a glass blowing class though. Santa Clara also has a student ran ambulance and miami does not and I'm about to take am EMT course so that's a big factor. I like that university of miami is a big name college though. I just don't wana go to college and feel like I missed out on a ton of good times by choosing the wrong college. Please help me with this.
Call me a prestige hound if you want, but it seems pretty obvious to me that you should go with the one that has a higher ranked glass-blowing department.
