OP, who do you think is giving you feedback? The parents trying to give you advice have kids accepted to very selective colleges. They have been here awhile and have seen it all. I’ve got two kids who went through this process myself.

I doubt adcoms will routinely refer to a concordance. I suspect roughly 700 will be the benchmark and then trouble: the rest of the app. Remember, kids get a review in average well less than 20 minutes. It takes only seconds to initially look at scores. The rest is what defines. Or not. And generally, not.
A hint of this insecurity can do.more damage than a few extra points can overcome.
I know that’s not what OP asked for. But a balanced perspective can help in many ways.
