I recently got suspended for supposed theft, there is no concrete proof that I stole anything, they only have a high suspicion that I did. I’m in the process of trying to get my name cleared with a lawyer but it is taking a while. What do I put in the section that says “Please give the approximate date(s) of each incident, explain the circumstances and reflect on what you learned from the experience.” I didn’t do anything just got accused so what do I say? If i had done it I would be owning up to what I did but I didn’t do anything. I also don’t want to sound like someone who just doesn’t want to own up do what they did and are stubborn but this is the truth.
