Tuesday Or Wednesday!!!!!

MD, idk maybe next day but I think it could be 2

Nice i can wait till friday...That way i can be thourghly depressed with my differal on my Girlfriends bday....sweet, better buy a nice gift now

So, with Priority Mail at 2-3 days, that means, acceptees will receive the mail anytime between Thursday and Saturday. All others... well let's hope they got detained in the sorting room.

So we know for sure acceptances are mailed Priority and defers/rejects are regular post? Or is this just speculation, like half the "information" on this board... lol sorry for the sarcasm

Has anyone actually tried asking the adm. office about priority mail vs. regular posts? With all these calls going in asking what date they'll be sent out, it seems like a simple question to ask. Though, they'd probably find a way to work around the question and not answer...

Most schools send all their decisions by priority. Last year my brother recieved all his letters the day (or two) after he recieved the e-mails (we are in Florida).

The Priority/Standard thing came from a '09 parent. I can't be certain that it's the same this year, but I also can't see a good reason it wouldn't be.

i hope they mailed the letters today, so some of us will receive the letters on tomorrow!

Pton2b, she made it clear that nothing was sent yet...did u read the initial post? it'll be later than last year, after all....they did receive more apps ED.

Okay, so are they being mailed on 13th or 14th or received then?? Hmm...

if they mail it on tuesday. then i'll probably get it next tuesday cuz i am int'l and in pakistan (asia). biasically on the other side of the world. can i phone them or maybe send them an email.

You can request for them to email you. I did and the adcom replied that they understand the uncertainty of mail for internationals, so they will email you when the information is available. You can also call, but personally I wouldn't like to find out that I have been deferred or rejected over the phone...

umm so should i wait untill all your results arrive or should i mail them now.
also could you tell me exactly what you wrote in your email. i don't want them to reject or defer me cuz the did not like my meail or my tone or may style.
and your right bieng told rejected over the phone would just simply suck

all decisions are already made, even if they hadn't they would not reject/defer you b/c of an e-mail/call...

To GrecoPrincetonian, how do you know all decisions are already made? If so, why don't they send the letters on like Saturaday or Monday? Also, to anybody, when will Princeton release the ED statistics online?

i don't think they relase stats online.

To Pton2b, She said all decisions have been made, the admissions office does not work on weekends, it's just a matter of the formailities, i.e. preparing Financial aid packages and printing the letters... after all 2,200 letters and envelopes is a lot to prepare, there isn't an army of adcoms you know, they are humans...

No way... I thought they were from where the Clones from Kamino....The Clone Wars Begun Have They....Its easier to be angry at them that way.

cross our fingers, and good luck to all ED applicants

augh this means I'll have to probably wait until Thursday or Friday, assuming nothing gets delayed...for once I regret living in California.
