Is an undergraduate degree from Tufts, i.e. in IR highly respected by employers and companies? Will it work well in applying to the top graduate schools (IR & otherwise) such as Harvard (i.e. JFK), Oxford/Cambridge, LSE, Princeton, etc? Thanks -

By the way, congrat to all the Tufts Class of 2010'ers, I'll be joining you guys in the fall !

I think nearly everyone agrees Tufts is one of the top places to study IR as an undergrad and a graduate student. To be honest as an undergrad, I think a lot of the better institutions that offer IR degrees are rather comparable, and you won't see a significant difference (outside the "name") until you go to graduate school where different institutions have advantages in particular regions and focuses. None of those schools you really mentioned though are top IR grad schools, with maybe the exception of Princeton. Generally the consensus is SAIS, SIPA, Walsh, Fletcher, Elliott, and St. Andrews are the best places to study depending on what you want to study and what you want to do with your degree. There's a topic around the CC forums about IR schools that people have been contributing to for a few months now, you might have already seen it but I'll try and dig it up anyways.
