Tufts, RISD, USC, or Oxford for animation?

I am currently a senior in high school and just got into the following programs: Tufts (animation + computer science), RISD (Film/Animation/Video), USC (animation), Oxford(fine art). Where should I go?

My goal is to be an independent animator, doing my own thing or freelance work for smaller studios (not really interested in Disney, etc.) and musicians (such as music videos). My heros are Svankmajer and Goerge Schuwizgebel and my favorite studio is Studio 4℃.

Here are some of my works

I’m also concerned about tuition/living expenses, location (I prefer larger cities), and school vibe. I am more of an introvert who just wants a quiet place to do my work and not a party person. But if the school has a way better animation program than others, I don’t mind it’s a party school lol.

Please help me make a decision, college admission is driving me crazy! If you have been to one of these programs (esp Oxford Ruskin or Tufts dual degree) PLEASE offer me more info too. Thanks a lot!

Best to move your convo over to http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/visual-arts-film-majors/ where there’s parents and students at many of the schools you’ve listed.
