I am a prospective Chemical Engineering major and have been accepted to both Tufts and Case Western. My concern is that Tufts may not have a strong Chemical Engineering program. Any comments?

The ChemE ranking list I had for my son has Case at 41 and Tufts at 58. M:F ratio is 50:50 at Tufts and 60:40 at CW. Boston vs. Cleveland. Net price is always a concern.

Bottom line is that you need to choose the school where you personally will have the most success. When looking for internships and jobs, GPA is king and will trump the school rankings considering they are in the same ballpark.
