Tufts Wilderness Orientation with allergies?

I have anaphylactic nut allergies (I can be around nuts, just can’t eat them), but I want to do the TWO program before starting at Tufts in the fall. Has anyone with allergies done that pre-orientation? How as your experience? For those without allergies, how was the food provided/ prepared?
