just heard back “yes” from Campbell, not sure what the coverage will be.
we are in the same boat here, hoping his soccer roster offer matches up with TE!!
Campbell University in North Carolina? On the TE website it says that they award full-tuition…congrats to you!
OMG…We just heard from my daughter’s #1 choice where she applied and was accepted Early Decision…Susquehanna University.
She received a TE Scholarship!!! Full tuition of $54,440 a year!!! Holy crap…I am about to pee in my pants I am so happy for her. All her hard work paid off!!!
Good luck to all you parents and your kids. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone!!!
Congratulations! This is great news!
Thats so great to hear!! Now you can relax and enjoy your holidays!
When my son applied in 2019, Syracuse stacked merit on TE. So he received TE and his scholarship covered the remainder of the tuition.
My D22 just got TE at Lewis & Clark! I thought the school released TE results in April, so this is a super, wonderful, delightful surprise. I hope everyone else’s EA applications are going well.
My daughter just received news of TE acceptance at College of Wooster!
Congrats on all the TE notifications! We have acceptances, but no TE info yet. It seems like the New England colleges wait until much later unfortunately. DD has been accepted for nursing admission to Emmanuel, Endicott and Assumption so far with merit as much as $27k. Still waiting on University of New England, Salve and Sacred Heart for admission news.
What a beautiful school! Congrats!
Congrats!! And nursing is so competitive too! Good luck with the TE too, I bet she gets it!
Kid got TE at Case Western.
We just got delivered a nice Christmas gift. Our daughter got TE to Catholic which is full tuition. We were not expecting it this early. She committed there already for soccer so we were biting our fingernails for sure. I am so relieved to be done with all of this. Good luck to everyone!
What excellent news!
Awesome and congrats to the TE awards thus far!
Wonderful news! Full tuition is super great.
Hi, I don’t believe the TE application and one’s regular application have to arrive at the same time. My export school liason had us pick the most likely schools we could predict our D would be applying to and I sent off a TE application to those schools. I feel the import schools just holds onto any applications they get until their regualr application deadline date and then they match up the applications. So I believe you would not have to have your regular application in before your export schools send in your child’s TE application. Is that how others understood it too?
That’s my understanding as well.
I was a tuition exchange kid back in the 90s, and at that time it was pretty much a given that you’d get it unless you were applying to the really high demand schools and your parents worked someplace sort of obscure. I’m freaking out now that we didn’t even look at state schools or any other lower tuition options since I thought we had this covered!
