When is the tuition fee payment date for freshmen entering this fall 2010?

Tuition is due August 11th for everyone attending this fall. You’ll get several reminder emails so you might as well just pay as soon as you can anyway. If you don’t pay before the deadline, you’ll lose your entire schedule and have to go through registration again–DON’T DO THIS!!–it’s very unlikely you’ll get your classes back. You can also pay in 3 installments a semester, as long as the first installment is sent in by August 11. I think there’s also a $70 fee added on if you do it in installments instead of paying it in full. Although I don’t remember if that fee applies to tuition or housing.

11th August? Where should I pay it? And BTW I haven’t registered any classes yet (international, registering at 19th aug) so what’s the amount?

You pay it at “My Tuition Bill” here: <a href=“Sign in with your UT EID - Stale Request”>Sign in with your UT EID - Stale Request;

New students have until August 24th to pay their bill ([Student Accounts Receivable](http://www.utexas.edu/business/accounting/sar/f2010dl.html)). I am not sure about international students, but I know that new transfers will register at their Transfer Orientation and then you can pay your bill after that. I would call the financial aid office to make sure though.

If you have not registered yet, you do not pay on the 11th.

Look on the [10-11 Long Session | Registrar | University of Texas at Austin](Long Session 2010–2011 | Office of the Registrar) for the date your would pay, look after your registration date.

Splitting the tuition up into three smaller payments instead of one big one only costs an extra $15.
