<p>I'm interested in chemical engineering, and I noticed that Tulane offers a few engineering programs, chemE being one of them. How reputable is this program? I mean Tulane is a pretty good school, with like a 30 ACT average or so. But how good is this program? My college list has Alabama -financial safety, Virginia Tech (very good engineering safety), vandy-notre dame-northwestern (my 3 reaches). Should I add Tulane to the list? Academically there is a fairly large gap between Notre dame and Virginia Tech and i feel like Tulane is kinda in the middle there. BUT is Vtechs engineering still just way better to the point where it doesn't matter for Tulane? What do ya'll think?</p>
