I’ve been trying to find how Tulane’s undergraduate neuroscience major compares to Boston College’s. I am interested in attending medical school and am trying to find the school that will get me there. Any help?
Both are very good schools. My son was accepted to both but chose Tulane as it was a better fit for him. There is no school that will “get you there”. YOU get you there. Medical schools do not care a bit which undergrad you went to- they want to know GPA, MCAT and what you do to show your dedication to medicine. Both Tulane and BC will have all the opportunities you would need to be a strong medical school applicant: research opportunities, good academics, volunteer opportunities, etc. Pick the school that you will be most engaged at- that is where you will thrive and present yourself in the best possible light.
