<p>I suspect they are on work-study, but why not ask Owen? He is a student tour guide. Just curious, why do you ask?</p>

<p>I am pretty sure that the Tour Guides are part of an organization called Green Wave Ambassadors. There is an application process involved which also includes an interview from what I understand. So, no, I don’t think they are paid. Here is the application:

<p>We do get paid… sort of. We get compensated in Amazon Buck$, which is more of a thank you than an actual payment. Everyone who gives tours does so because they love Tulane and want to be involved in GWA.</p>
