Tulane vs. Northeastern vs. Quinnipiac

I'm currently in the process of choosing a college and I'm having trouble balancing price with academics and social scenes.
Because Tulane doesn't offer majors in areas like Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering (possible interests of mine), I feel like Northeastern and Quinnipiac will better satisfy my academic needs. However, Northeastern is extremely more expensive and Quinnipiac has a really boring campus, and it's very close to home! I'm in a very difficult position right now. Can someone offer some insight and/or guidance?

Tulane: great price ($35,000 per year), great campus and students, poor choice of majors

Northeastern: HORRIBLE PRICE ($55,000 per year), ok campus and students, great academics and choice of majors

Quinnipiac: average price ($40,000 scholarship), boring campus that's really close to home, good academics and choice of majors

so what did you choose?

Where did you end up depositing?

Tulane University! The scholarship is great, the people are really nice, and even though they don’t have Computer Science, I can still take classes in their School of Continuing Education (just not the major).
I can’t wait!
I’ll have another tough decision coming my way if I get into Brown, off of their waiting list.

And they have awesome Engineering partnerships with Vanderbilt and John Hopkins.
And Lastly, after talking to A LOT of people, including a current Tulane Math student, I discovered that Tulane has a pretty solid Math department (and most people double major, because of the convenience).

Excellent! Congratulations to you!
