Tulane seems to have an undergraduate finance degree and business program if you change your mind about a computer science undergraduate degree.

@Coloradomama How do these stats put New Orleans more diverse than Rochester? Roc has 86% of the top two races and 14% “other.” NO has 93% top two and 7% other. I see Roc as being more diverse - then add in the % Internationals in URoc vs Tulane that a PP posted where UR also “wins” the “more diverse” label.
NO is Southern and Cajun giving a different experience, but having been there (and Roc) I really don’t see oodles of diversity as much as just a different culture than much of the US.
That’s all a rabbit trail from which school is better for the OP, of course. I’ve already said I can’t speak about Tulane with that respect.
I think that Tulane and Rochester are pretty even overall in terms of academic quality/rep… but they have different strengths. You have to decide whether the better CS program is worth the extra $$$ to attend Rochester.
I would check on Tulane’s CS faculty and courses offered to find out if you could get the type of CS education you seek.
If you still cannot decide, take their vibes and environments into account to help make the decision.
