Two pages double spaced is okay right?

<p>I'm using 12-pt font, Times New Roman, 1" margins.
My GC for some reason is obsessed w/ the 500-word limit (that doesn't even exist on the Common App this year) and I have 589 words. </p>

<p>You have no idea how long I've spent cutting down...PLEASE tell me this is not too long.</p>

<p>It's not. If it's between 500-700 you'll be fine.</p>

<p>that doesn't seem bad at all so long as your essay doesn't seem long winded or repetitive.</p>

<p>500-700 is the generally accepted range. (I finally got mine down to 686!!!).</p>
