Two Random, Unrelated Questions

<p>OK, i was thinking about college admissions today and i came up with two questions that i haven't seem addressed on this website. neither of them even pertain to me, but it would be interesting to know the answers.</p>

<p>1) Say you have a stepparent that went to X college, would you be considered a legacy? (the stepparent isn't one of your primary gaurdians, there is still joint custody with mom and dad)</p>

<p>2)If a wealthy white family adopted a black child from africa, would their son/daughter be considered a urm?</p>
