Two Stanford students were named Rhodes Scholars

<p>Yale, Chicago and Duke got 3 winners. Harvard took a year off.</p>

<p>William R. Kelly, New York City, a 2005 graduate of the United States Naval Academy in International
Relations with a minor in French, is now pursuing a master’s in public policy at the Kennedy School of
Government at Harvard University.</p>

<p>It doesn't count because the award was based on stuff he did at USNA where he just graduated in May, 2005. He was at USNA when he applied for Rhodes. </p>
