Has anyone heard of 8 people living in a 4 bedroom? As in each bedroom have a bunk bed? Would this work well, and shave down the rent? Any suggestions or thoughts on first year housing?

that situation is not available at Callaway house.
Callaway house is one of the most expensive options in housing in B/CS

They told me that Callaway House was full and all they had left were the villas.

the Callaway Villas is a nice alternative.

My friend and I are thinking about getting a callaway appt. What other types of off campus housing are there?

tons of appartments. tons of duplexes, houses, etc. You might need to just make a trip, take a look at the [The Battalion](http://www.thebatt.com/?reffeature=htmlbreakingnewsedition)
check some back issues and want ads for places to live.

Yep, the callaway is full.
The villas seem nice but they look kind of expensive…

What about the traditions? They’re website doesn’t say they are sold out. Is it worth staying there?

They look nice & are more affordable.
I guess it just depends on your financial situation.
Because i’m looking mostly at cost…

Are the callaway apts sold individually by bedroom, or are by the entire apt? It says 580.00 under the 4 bedroom layout. Anyone know how their rates apply?

the Callaway Villas (apts) are individually leased - so that $580 is for 1 bedroom in the 4 bedroom apt.
