Types of schools to aim for

Hiya, I hope this isn't in the wrong place/ too much like a chance thread (i posted it to the chance me section too just because I dont exactly know where it belongs).
I'm honestly a little conflicted as to the type of school I should be applying to. I am a junior going to a small, tough Jewish school.
I want to start looking at colleges and visiting and *. My college counseler at school is not really giving me a super clear answer at how far I can go.
My current weighted GPA is a 3.96, I reckon by the end of first semester senior year it will be a 4.1, but thats only if I get 4.5's this semester and the next (senior year).
My sophomore year I took 2 AP (art history and Macro) classes, this year I am taking 4 (MicroEcon, Music Theory, Lang, and Ap US) , and next year I am taking 4 as well. I have been doing pretty well in them. The only real "problem" with my transcript is that last year I got C+'s both semesters in Pre-Calc Honors, because i had a *ty teacher. My gpa freshman and sophomore years was 3.8-3.9 weighted, while this last semester I got a 4.1.
My ACT is going to be a 33 or 34.
So far I got a 4 on AP art history and a 5 on AP MacroEcon. I think the only AP test i am not going to get a 4 or 5 on is Music Theory, which is hard for a barely musician (fun though )
My school does not rank, but on the scatter-plot my GPA is probably around average which is kind of annoying, considering most of my classmates consider me one of the smartest kids at my school haha. My grade is pretty saturated with smart hard-working kids, but I hope that doesn't make it look like our grades are inflated or something.
EC's:
I raised 170,000 dollars to build two schools in Uganda, I am going to visit this summer. One of them even has my name on it (not by choice haha).

I play competitive tennis, varsity singles all four years, hopefully will get a pretty decent sectional ranking by the time I apply to colleges. I am varsity captain this year.

Volunteer at blind center a little.
Idk my Extra-curriculars suck because I really just play tennis a lot. I wish I had started competitive tennis earlier, because now I'm stuck between doing what I love or having lots of EC's to show to colleges haha.

Any advice is fantastic. I'm thinking of schools like Tulane and U of Miami, but I want to know if I have a chance at stuff like Vandy, Emory and those upper-echelon schools.
If this is the wrong place to ask this u can tell me haha, I'm new.

Ty

Bump! It would be much appreciated =D
