Typical life of a ROTC.

I'm considering ROTC scholarship or one of the military schools. So what's the typical life and routine of a ROTC attending a normal college? Any comments, recommendations, suggestions would be appreciated.

Basically you are a student first and foremost. You pick a major and progress toward your degree. You will take a military science class each semester all four years. These are typically 2 credit courses with a classroom instruction once a week and lab once a week. Once a week they wear uniforms all day. In many units this is their lab day.
Usually there is field training once a semester. If you are contracted you will attend PT. You must take an pass the APFT once a semester.
There are Battalion activities and opportunities for leadership positions as you progress through school. Once contracted there are opportunites for additional Army training in the summer - Air Assault, Airborne and other schools.
