U of Michigan vs. U of Illinois OOS Tuition

<p>I'm pretty sure Michigan is more expensive than Illinois for out of state students, but I was confused when I saw this page which lists OOS tuition for Michigan as $17-19,000.</p>

<p>Everywhere else seems to say that it is about $36,000. Can someone verify that for me?</p>

<p>I'd like to compare Michigan's tuition to Illinois, but I first want to make sure I have the facts right.</p>
