Tuition confusion...

<p>I'm sure there is a simple basic obvious out there that I am missing. On the UMich website, I saw the tuition for out of state residents (both upper and lower undergrads) hovering around the the $15,000 mark. This seems incredibly low. And princetonreview reports the out of state as being around $28,000 which seems more normal. So I think I'm just looking at the wrong thing on the UMich website? Can someone clear up for me what the out of state tuition is?!</p>

<p>Yeah, that $15k number is per <em>semester</em>.</p>
