Hi everyone, I am puzzled about university choices and admissions...
Short introduction: I am from Belgium (and still live there), but I am currently attending a boarding school in the UK to do the IB diploma programme.

My predicted grades are: 7 in Chemistry HL, 7 in Physics HL, 5 in Maths HL, 6 in Dutch SL, 6 in History SL, 6 in English SL. (+ 3 bonus points: predicted 40)

I am a Prefect in my school, I am perfectly trilingual, have travelled a lot, and I love sports (swimming, tennis, field hockey, golf, skiing)

I want to apply to McGill and U of Toronto for Chemical Engineering, do you think I would get an offer? If so, which one would you recommend? I am looking for international prestige, good party scene and competitive engineering programme.

I would love to work in North America or Asia (HK, Singapore, Tokyo) after graduation.

Also, if I don't get in to McGill or Toronto, would you recommend applying to TU Delft? I don't know if it is well-known in North America, but in continental Europe it is very famous for engineering and apparently has decent nightlife.
