<p>Is there any benefit defference between U.S. Citizen and Permanent Resident?</p>

<p>Also, can I update every questions including Q14 after I submit the form?</p>

<p>I’m a green card holder now but will be a citizen sooner or later - I will have a naturalization interview at end of this month but I don’t know the date of oath.</p>

<p>Hi i am living in Ohio from 5 years and i am an Indian with green card i am obviously having hard time paying for my college as it is more than $65,000 so i am looking at scholarships that can cover my tuition which is $1,600 for per course as i want to major in web design and looking to go to strayer university for bachelors hope you can help me with it</p>
