For the question with jfk lbj and eisenhower
for the multiple choice with the reading about connecting the Great Lakes- Did everyone pick steamboat or Erie Canal?
@purplecattt what was the question with jfk lbj and eisenhower asking i dont remember the question
@Ashley0 it was like a similarity between them. the two possible answers had to do with either neutrality which i believe was choice 1 or something about vietnam which i’m pretty sure was choice 4
@purplecattt oh yeah i think i chose neutrality
I chose that they all sent more troops into Vietnam but idk
@ArcticChimps how’d you feel about the thematic and dbq
There’s always a question about the Erie Canal because NYS likes to make Upstate NY feel relevant.
@Ashley0 I’m pretty sure it was Vietnam War because it was talking about the domino theory.
Does anyone know the exact question for the LBJ or JFK one
is anyone taking the algebra 2 tomorrow
@Ashley0 Ugh that thematic. It makes sense though because of course they’d give the one thing I know nothing about. DBQ was though
@ArcticChimps yeah I know that was one of the topics I really didn’t want the thematic to be on. The dbq was ok but honestly I don’t think they provided enough info for thomas paines common sense.
All in all, this was a fairly easy test. The multiple choice wasn’t too difficult, the DBQ was insanely easy, and the thematic essay (while being the hardest part of the test) was not too bad.
As for the Presidents thing, I confirmed with a friend that it was - indeed - the Vietnam War for the reasons stated by @kimclan1
ohhh how about the one w FDR’s first action? I think I went with stabilize the banks or something. Other choices were pay veterans, stand up to fascist leaders…
@Fibbonachi10 i put vietnam as well
@purplecattt pretty sure I put stabilize the banks for the FDR question
Does anyone remember the last question
For the last question I put westward expansion
@ArcticChimps same ww expansion
