U-W Madison Admissions: Whats my chance of getting in???

for the last year (after I had a total mental break down about my future at the end of sophmore year) I have been scared straight when it comes to college admissions. So please bear with me anyone who has anykind of experience with U-W Madison I’m going to give my resume and please share your thoughts of my chances of getting an acceptance letter below.
-Freshman year
the biggest regret of my highschool career (and possibly my life) Freshman year after my dad moved to kentucky alone (I live in Wisco) because he had been laid off for the fourth time in a time slot of four years and I was diagnosed with ADD I recieved a D 2nd semester in advanced algebra. I know it’s terrible and quite frankily really embarassing. other than that I got mostly b’s and some a’s
I also joined debate and qualified at nationals (my school couldn’t afford it so we couldn’t go) I also Joined Forensics and recieved the highest honnor at state. I participated in Key club, and French club, and I played soccer.
-Sophmore Year

I recieved only a’s and b’s (more a’s than b’s) and I took mostly honnors classes and one AP class AP Euro which I recieved a B+ in.
I again participated in all the same Extra Cirriculars but I competeted at nationals and placed, again I recieved the highest honnor at forensic state and did key and french club and played soccer
I recieved a three on the AP Euro test
-Junior year
I got all a’s and participated in AP us history and AP government and politics
participated in all the same extra cirriculars and joined student council became the captain of the debate team and a french club officer I recieved a 4 on the AP gov test and a 3 on the AP us history test and I got a 31 on the ACT
My current GPA is a 3.5 and I just began my senior year and I will get one more semester of grades in my transcripts before appying sooooo thoughts and advice PLEASE AND THANKYOU
