DS mentioned that his Quiz Bowl team is looking for an additional member so I thought I’d post here in case anyone knows someone who might be interested. They are particularly interested in someone who has a wide knowledge of literature and poetry and I know some of you have connections with students in Blount.
The team often travels for competitions at the weekend so it’s a good way to explore the surrounding area with a group of friends. The last two weekends they attended competitions at Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech. They also participate in community outreach as I know DS was involved in setting up a Quiz Bowl competition for high school students at UA recently.
