UA's new promo?

Did UA have a new promo spot during yesterday’s game? I watched the replay, but didn’t see it. I know that it’s no longer using the " Touching Lives" slogan in its communications, so thought there might be a change.

There was one where they talked about young kids with and without disabilities in a nursery program at UA. Then they had a young student, who looked like she had downs syndrome, being welcomed as a student by President Bonner. That is the only one I saw, but there might have been another as I missed a quarter of the game.

I saw that promo too, which featured a number of different students, including one or two with Down syndrome. I believe it was based on this program, which is . . . awesome!

^^Awesome indeed. What a fantastic program!

<a href=“The Capstone of Higher Education: Rise on Vimeo”>http://vimeo.com/104407535</a>. Found the new promo. This young lady goes to Shelton State, but she attended UA’s Rise program. I think Dr Bonner looks and sounds great in this vid. I like the new theme “capstone of higher education,” more than the last one, the “touching lives” slogan. It’s bold. Would be nice if UA could get as much national attention for the kind of program that helped this young woman of special needs reach her full potential, as it does for its Greek system.
