UBC, U of T, Mcgill or Queens For Engineering

I am a canadian studetns and I've gotten in to UBC, U of T, Mcgill and Queens university for engineering. I am most likely to study either chemical or materials, but all the programs I got into except for mcgill are general first year (track one at u of t). I have received a couple different scolarships to these schools.

U of T: 5,000 dollars per year renewable

Mcgill: 3,000 dollars per year renewable

Queens: 8,000 dollars per year renewable for two years

UBC: Chancellor's Scholar designation but no scolarship ... stupid me I didnt realize a seperate app was needed for scolarships because I knew a couple people who got automatic scholarships in years past but they just changed their policy this year. (not too bad though tuition is the lowest of the four)

I am sort of at a loss as to which one to pick. Any advice? Obviously the scolarships are nice but tuition at canadian schools is already pretty low. In terms of cities I like montreal and vancouver as ive lived in both places before.
