uc app payment fee?

I submitted my Uc app 11/25 and i received a confirmation email and application Id.I also checked my application status and it said it was submitted and forwarded.I did payment dues on 11/25 and checked 2 days after saying i had paid my dues.I get this email for the uc application center saying i have $140 due on 12/8, should i still pay or just scrap my application since due date was already 11/30
